Arts & Crafts Workshops
Working with students of all ages
For the past two years I have had the pleasure of working with creative organizations to introduce youngsters to various artistic activities. Those organizations include the Seymour Public Library, the GoArt! Foundation and the ARC Foundation in Monroe County, New York.

Kitbashing, in the context of model building, is the practice of combining the parts of different model kits to create something unique. It essentially involves “bashing” together various pieces from multiple kits to achieve a desired result.
I had these to figures on display, side by side, as a demonstration of Kitbashing for Brockport, New York’s Seymour Public Library’s 2025 Comicon event.
The Orca (Killer Whale) seen here, is a modified plastic toy and the startled polar explorer is a modified action figure. They are part of a tabletop diorama I built for Batavia, New York’s Winter Recess GoArt! program in 2025.
